While Metrozip will continue to make all efforts to ensure buses arrive on time, the present
road and traffic conditions have become impediments to timely service. Further, bulk of 10:30 am
log-ins, and all log-ins thereafter as also 7:30 pm log-out and all log-outs thereafter are done by
buses on their second trip and get delayed depending on first trip completing the route. Further,
the delays are also erratic and not consistent. It is not possible to make refunds for delayed
deployments this being a situation beyond control of Metrozip. Employees may make note of
this before proceeding further for booking.
