We provide you an easy and hassle free Cancellation and refund policy, in case you decide not to avail our services after you make online booking.
You can cancel the services and avail a refund by pressing the CANCEL OPTION provided in the App or on the web portal, 3 days prior to service start date. (Eg:- if person A has bought a pass on 26th December wherein his service start date is from 1st January for a period of 5days/15days/30days/90days then he can opt for cancellation of pass and refund till 29th of December only, post that he will not be eligible for a refund. Also once the services have started he will not be eligible for any refund)
You can also write to us on email@example.com for your refund/cancellation of the services 3 working days prior to your service start date.
Amount will be refunded after deducting the service charge, MetroZip will not be responsible for the delay in payment process as the same will depend on your respective bank refund policy. For any delays, please check with your bank with the Refund ID as reference.
